  • What age groups do you serve?

We provide care and education for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, tailored to each developmental stage.

  • What is included in the Attentive Daycare Program?

Our preschool program is focused on including all around care, which includes working with parents, staff and other students to create an environment where the children here can thrive. We work on a curriculum that makes learning a very hands-on experience and includes pre-academics, as well as self-help skills and social-emotional learning.

  • What does the Preschool Program focus on?

Our Preschool Program emphasizes social, emotional, and academic growth through fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities.

  • How does the Pre-K Program prepare children for kindergarten?

Our Pre-K program focuses on pre-academic foundational skills, such as reading, writing and math, as well as critical thinking, social development and problem-solving abilities.

  • What curriculum do you use?

Our curriculum is based off of many different curriculums and we chose the best parts of each one. Each lead teacher plans their curriculum with the help of a curriculum teacher to ensure that they are teaching a curriculum that is age appropriate, engaging and fun for all students.

  • Are meals and snacks provided?

Mountainside provides a nutritious morning snack designed to teach the kids skills such as spreading, pouring, serving and table manners. Parents provide a lunch and an afternoon snack for their students.

  • What are the class sizes?

We maintain state ratios, often with smaller class sizes to ensure a higher quality of care for each student.

  • Are your teachers certified?

Yes, our teachers are highly qualified and trained in early childhood education and childcare.
